Within the last month, Honeywell has discovered intermittent registration issues with a limited set of Lyric™ T6 Pro Wi-Fi thermostats.

During the registration process, the thermostat functions, but some attempts to register the device and connect to Wi-Fi with the Lyric app have not been successful.

To minimize impact to our customers, we will quarantine impacted inventory and assist you in returning thermostats to Honeywell to be reworked. Installed units do not need to be returned to Honeywell, as the issue occurs during the registration process only.

To being the return process, distributors should:

1. Review inventory of Lyric Pro Wi-Fi thermostats and quarantine those with date codes 1726-1737.

2. Work with your Honeywell sales representative to process the return of affected thermostats through a special RGA/Accommodation Return Process that will waive the restocking fee. To being the return process, distributors should:

Please take immediate action. Replacement products are shown below to ensure you can meet current customer demand. Restocking fees will be waived for these returns through October 31, 2017.
