XOi’s Vision Live app allows your techs to virtually connect and collaborate in real-time for faster training and problem resolution directly from the field. The app allows you to access a virtual, interactive environment from your team’s existing smart devices.

The platform is available for Android and IOS devices and should be downloaded by installers and service technicians prior to a support session to expedite the live connection from RTSM. As the session must be initiated by the RTSM it will require the contractor personnel to call the technical manager and request a virtual session.

Download the Vision Live app from either the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) depending on your device. Be sure this app remains on your device at all times.



Step 2:
After downloading the app, their support team will have the ability to initiate a live call with you via text message the next time you are in need of support.
